ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Samuel Sampson was born in North Bend, Oregon, USA and obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1970. He has practiced architecture professionally since 1974, and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington states and lives in Salem, Oregon.
Michael Read was born in London, England and obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree from the Royal Aircraft Establishment Technical College in 1963. In 1966 he was recruited by The Boeing Company and moved to Seattle, Washington. He now is a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser licensed in both Oregon and Washington states and lives in Salem, Oregon.
